As a result, we’ve reached huge milestones for us, including launching a pilot with a major U.S. medical provider. This partnership marked a crucial step towards our ambition of building a global organisation. 

A: The most valuable thing it has done for HaloCare is instilling the importance of innovation. We've learned that there are two types of organisations: drivers of change and victims of change. With Enterprise Ireland's support, we've focused on staying ahead of market changes, ensuring we drive innovation rather than fall behind it. They helped us view innovation holistically, encompassing everything from technology to business models and customer service. And, I think this is what has given us a competitive edge and allowed us to lead in the marketplace.

A: My advice is simple: go for it. You have nothing to lose. Enterprise Ireland is there to support Irish companies globally, but you need to be proactive. They won’t write your business plan or get the business for you—they facilitate success. Companies must have ambition and the right team, so approach it as a partnership where both sides are engaged.
