We've made some important changes to improve your login experience to Enterprise Ireland’s digital services. Now you can enjoy a simpler and more secure way to access our corporate website portal and Online Forms systems.

From Monday, November 25th, 2024 all current Enterprise Ireland users must reset their password in order to access their accounts.  

  1. Visit the new login page 

  2. Click “Forgot your password?” and follow the steps to reset your password and confirm your mobile phone number for added security. 

We're upgrading the authentication system to provide you with a more secure and user-friendly experience. This new system will simplify access to many of Enterprise Ireland’s digital services with a single login, while also strengthening your account security with multi-factor authentication (MFA).

The afternoon of Monday, November 25th. We will send an e-mail on that date with detailed instructions once the changeover goes live.

The e-mail will instruct you to click on a link to follow the “Forgot your password” process for your account. This will require you confirming your e-mail via a verification code and completing your Enterprise Ireland profile including a mobile phone number.

Your mobile number will be used for multi-factor authentication (MFA). This means a unique code will be sent to your phone each time you log in, adding an extra layer of protection against unauthorized access.

We understand that not everyone has a mobile phone. Please contact our support team at onlinesupport@enterprise-ireland.com and we'll provide you with more details.

No. The beauty of single sign-on is that you'll only need to log in once per day with your new credentials. This will give you access to many of Enterprise Ireland’s digital services without having to log in separately for each one.

The first three making use of this unified login experience are: 

  1. The Enterprise Ireland corporate Web site portal 

  2. The Online Forms system 

  3. The Mentor system 

Once you have successfully logged in, you will see a link to the Online Forms system on the top navigation bar in between “Search” and “Contact Us”
